Notice of Public Hearing: Draft 2027 LIHEAP State Plan
The California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) will conduct a remote public hearing to receive comments on the Draft 2027 State Plan for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).
The remote hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting is open to the public and will be held online via Zoom.

Persons presenting oral testimony are requested to provide a written statement of their presentation. Comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on August 11, 2026. CSD will review comments and may incorporate applicable changes to the final plan.
