Notice of Public Hearing: Draft 2026 Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program State Plan
The California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) will hold a remote public hearing to receive comments on the Draft 2026 State Plan for the U.S. Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program for Low-Income Persons (DOE WAP). The hearing is scheduled for Friday, August 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. and will be conducted via Zoom.
