The following companies provide a 15% to 30% monthly discount:

 

Modesto Irrigation District (MID) Community Alternative Rates for Electric Services (MID CARES). To apply for MID CARES, customers of MID can call toll free 1-866-645-6625.

 

City of Santa Clara's Rate Assistance Program (RAP). To apply for RAP, customers of City of Santa Clara can call toll free 1-866-675-6626.

 

City of Healdsburg's City Alternative Rates for Energy (CARE). To apply for CARE, customers of City of Healdsburg can call toll free 1-866-675-6626.

 

Sacramento County Sewer Lifeline Rate Assistance Program (SLRAP). To apply for SLRAP, customers can call toll free 1-866-347-7743.

 

Sierra Pacific Power Company (SPPCo)'s California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE). To apply for CARE, customers can call toll free 1-866-675-6627.
