Did you know that all of California’s large (“investor-owned”) utility companies offer discounted rates for low-income customers?  Below is a list of the investor-owned utility companies and their discount programs.  You can either call them or log into their websites for more information.

If you pay your utility bill to a different utility company, contact them and ask if they offer any discounted rate programs for low-income households.
