Bidders' Conference: Community Solar Pilot Program

Description:
The California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) will host an optional Bidders' Conference on the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for CSD’s Community Solar Pilot Program on Thursday, August 16, 2018. The Pilot Program is part of the Low-Income Weatherization Program, a California Climate Investments program funded from the State of California’s Cap-and-Trade auction proceeds through the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund.
 
The Bidders' Conference will be held at the following location:

9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
 
A webinar option will be available and a webinar recording will also be available after the meeting. Online participants will be able to enter written questions or request their phone lines be unmuted to ask questions.

Written questions on this NOFA and Requests for Requirements Change to the NOFA must be directed to Tina Schaffer and submitted in writing via email to Tina.Schaffer@csd.ca.gov by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on August 31, 2018.
 
Proposals in response to the NOFA must be received by the CSD Contracts Unit no later than 5:00 p.m. PST on October 2, 2018 in accordance with the provisions outlined in the NOFA.
