LIWP Community Solar Investments Stakeholder Meeting
The Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) is convening a series of public workshops to obtain stakeholder input on how to develop community solar offerings for low-income and disadvantaged communities. CSD intends to expand the scope of its Low-Income Weatherization Program (LIWP) to support the establishment of community solar pilots and promote the advancement of innovative project designs, development strategies, and financing methods for larger community solar investments in these target communities.
Subject matter experts and other interested parties are encouraged to participate, either in person or via a webinar, to present ideas and vision for the development of community solar in California.
CSD will hold its first community solar stakeholder workshop on January 18, 2017, from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., at the following location:
