LOW-INCOME WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM
DRAFT PROGRAM GUIDELINES:
Fiscal Year (FY) 2015-16 Appropriation Procurements –
Single-Family Energy Efficiency and Solar PV Program

The State of California’s Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) will conduct a public hearing to receive comments on Draft Low-Income Weatherization Program (LIWP) Guidelines for the FY 2015-16 Appropriation Procurements for the Single-Family Energy Efficiency and Solar PV Program. LIWP is a California Climate Investments program funded from the State of California’s cap-and-trade auction proceeds through the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund.

 An informal overview of the Guidelines will precede the hearing and begin at 9:00 a.m., Friday, October 7, 2016, with the hearing scheduled for 10:30 a.m., at:

Persons presenting oral testimony are requested to provide a written copy of their presentation at the conclusion of their testimony.
