New Contract Requirement: All future CSD contracts and contract amendments will require organizations to certify that they have safeguards in place to prevent the disclosure of personal information. Additionally, local service providers and Community Action Agencies shall certify that, in the event of a breach in data security (electronic or paper), they will notify CSD upon discovery of the breach or within 24 hours. Read the Breach of Security Management Memo.
